List of Items Needed

Support DESAMY’s Back-to-School drive. Over the past three years, DESAMY supplied over 200 students in Haiti with a backpack filled with grade-appropriate school supplies. Below are the items needed.

Monetary donations are preferred to get these items in bulk. If you would like to purchase any of these items for this drive, choose and ship the items to P.O. Box 69336, Miami Fl 33269 no later than June 1, 2024. Be sure to inform us via email so that we can update the list.

2022 Back-to-School Goal is to raise $20,000 (Include tax and estimated shipping cost) to supply 500 students.

500 Backpacks – $3000

· 200 – Small (9 ea. of the 24 packs)

· 300 – Large (13 ea. of the 24 packs)

Spiral Notebooks – 1100 (46 packs of 24 X $30.00 = $1400)

· 200 X 1 per student = 200 (younger children)

· 300 X 3 per student = 900 (older children)

Composition Notebooks – 1100 (23 packs of 48 X $60.00 = $1400)

· 200 X 1 per student = 200 (younger children – primary journal)

· 300 X 3 per student = 900 (older children)

Pens (Special order with logo – Rose)

· 300 X 3 per student = 900 (older children)

Pencils – (2 packs of 1000 X $65 = $130)

· 500 X 3 per student = 1500

Colored Pencils (13 packs of 72 X$65.00 =$850)

· 300 X 3 per student = 900 (older children)

Crayons (125 packs of 10 per box X $10.00 =$1250)
