Moise serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Develop Empower Smart And Mighty Youths, (DESAMY) Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the organization including overseeing cash flow planning, preparing, forecasting, and tracking operational metrics.

Moise develops and manages budgets for the agency, individual programs proposed and expanded services, and the revision of the budget as needed. Moise serves as an active member of the Board of Directors helping to develop and implement the organization’s vision and mission. Moise has spent his career serving the United States Air Force as a logistic manager. He has 22 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. He plans and manages the logistic support for the effectiveness of military and humanitarian operations in support of friendly, allied, and partner nations.

As an active member of the United States Air Force, Moise has held several duty positions throughout the spectrum of the logistics career field and currently serves as the Installation Transportation Officer of the 437th Aerial Port Squadron, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina where he leads diverse teams of military and civilian professionals providing logistical support to three Wings, 17 tenant units, and 90K personnel assigned.
